About BGR EVENTS
BGR EVENTS are a not-for-profit organisation, based in Wadsworth near Hebden Bridge, West Yorkshire. The organisers take no remunertation and we regularly donate any surpluses to local charities. We are proud that over £12,000 has been donated over the years.
We're committed to hosting excellent music events in Calderdale at affordable prices. See our coming gigs and some details of previous events listed below.
We host quality gigs by nationally renowned performers -- including Modern Folk, Blues and Americana.
Food -our famous pie and pea supper ( with vegan option) - and a great bar with craft beers are available at our shows.
We have an accessible WC, with easy wheelchair access into the venue . Blue - badge disabled car parking is available but we do require a day's prior notice by email to reserve a space for you.

WLDFLWRS are a 5 piece American inspired collective from Warwickshire.
The band featuring Jack Blackman, Wes Finch, Chris Quirk and Jono Wright draw their influences from the sounds of the American 70's West Coast, Bob Dylan, Little Feat and The Band.

Our own ' Local Hero' Steve Tilston and Jez Lowe, two of the UK Acoustic/Folk scene’s finest singer/songwriters, join forces for an evening filled with songs and music, chat and banter and intimate insights into their approach to their craft. Jez Lowe is one of our finest songwriters.’ ...BBC Radio 2. Steve Tilston, in case events have conspired to conceal the fact from you thus far, is that very rare combination of singer, songwriter and guitarist who actually excels in all departments.

DIRECTIONS
Avoid approaching from Midgley / Luddenden
(Narrow road - especially difficult at night)
Best Directions: From Hebden Bridge take the A6033 up Keighley Road for 1.8 miles. Immediately before the Robin Hood Inn, turn back sharp right along Akroyd Lane . Follow the road for 0.9 mile along into Billy Lane and WCC is on the right, fifty yards before the Post Office.
